The village is located in the very heart of the Great masurian Lake District and near the Borecka Forest that serves as habitat for the bison. The whole house (200 sq m) is put at the guests' disposal. The facilities include five rooms with bath for 2-3 person and a large dayroom (60 sq m) with fireplace. There is also a small kichenette with a smaller room (15 sq m) with fireplace.

The flower gardencontains three bowers and grills as well as playgrounds for kids. The hostess offers homemade meals and the host (guide license holder) invites for car or minibus tours of Masuria. Special programs such as trainings, conferences, special interest and social meetings can be organized on request.
